Consultation of the Drawing and Print Room (by appointment) is restricted to scholars who make a formal request to the Museum.

How to get there

The museum is on the hill of Capodimonte, to the north of the city.

Those arriving by car should use the motorway, take the by-pass and leave at the exit for Capodimonte.
Those arriving by train: the Museum is 3.4 km from the main station.
Those arriving by plane: the Museum is 6.6 km from the Airport of Naples-Capodichino.
Public transport: bus nos. 24, 137, 160 (red or black), 161, 178.

Guided tours

Group visits are available, but need to be booked; duration of visit: 1 hour and 30 minutes; at any time of the day; languages available: Italian, English, French, German; max. number of participants, 25; cost: 80.00 euro in Italian, 100.00 euro in other languages.

Audio-guides

In Italian and English (duration: 1 hour and 10 minutes); cost: 4.00 euro.
