Reduced tickets are available for school groups and those accompanying them, for under 18 year olds and the over 65s.

The municipality of Bacoli is in the province of Naples and is just over 20 km from the city and 22 km from the Naples-Capodichino airport.

By car, from Naples or the A1 motorway, take the Naples ring-road (tangenziale A56) in the direction of Pozzuoli. Leave the road at exit 14, Arco Felice, and follow the Via Domitiana (SS. nº 7 Quater) and directions for Baia.
.By train, take the “Ferrovia Cumana” train run by SEPSA. Alternatively there is a metroplitan train connecting Naples with the Pozzuoli-Solfatara station. From there, take the bus to Bacoli.
By bus, take the Naples-Pozzuoli-Bacoli bus run by SEPSA buses. For information free-phone; 800-00.16.16.

Estimated travelling time from Naples central station using metropolitan/train + bus or travelling entirely by bus, is about 1’ 10 mins.

Underwater visitors: visit to Portus Julius. Price €25.00 includes guide, boat passage, full oxygen tank, standard weighted belt. Internet booking: baiasommersa@sibillatour.191.it
Above water visitors: guided visit to the Villa of the Pisones on boats with monitors for live viewing of underwater images. Price €35.00 including entrance, underwater guide with glass masks, insurance, boat passage etc.
